 Luxon worked for Unilever from 1993 to 2011.

He joined Air New Zealand in May 2011 as group general manager. He was named Chief Executive Officer in June 2012.

During his eight-year leadership, Air New Zealand profits grew to record levels.



 

He joined the Board of the Tourism Industry Association New Zealand in April 2014.
